Sidlak Pilipinas Energy Corporation (SPEC) was established on January 16th 2023 during a collaboration among each founding officers Engr. Ricardo F. Ramos, Engr. Vigilart G. David and Mr. Henrick U. Garcia. Their combined experience in the Power Generation and Engineering Services field synergized the birth of SPEC.
Our vision is to provide ”greener” power generation systems to keep at par with the de-carbonization plans at a global level but with a realistic approach thus our belief in Hybrid Systems. Blending renewables with lesser emissions of carbon coming from engines birthed from current advanced technologies which has reached our shores. We thus intend to work and partner with DU’s, EC’s and likeminded IPP’s wherein the goal is to provide and develop additional and reliable source of energy preferably at an indigenous level.
SPEC is registered under Securities and Exchange Commission with company registration No. 2023010081898-03 with its office located at Unit 5D, Kingston Tower, Madrigal Business Park, Acacia Avenue, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
Mr. Ric Ramos is a Professional Mechanical Engineer, and at his earlier years, was a cadet engineer of NPC. He now holds the position as the President and CEO of Marine-Power Industry Asia Pacific Corporation and Energychem Industry Incorporated which he personally helped establish. He has had more than 30 years experience In the field of engineering services and power plant upkeep.
Mr. Ramos is a Past President of the Philippines Society of Mechanical Engineers (PSME), currently a member of the Board of Trustees and the President of the Organization of Power Plant Specialists, Inc. (OPPSI) and currently the adviser of Pambansang Samahan ng Inhenyero Mekanikal (PSIM).
Mr. Vigilart G. David has had more than 20 years of experience in executive, administrative, management and supervisory positions exposed to a diverse list of functions such as project management, power plant construction supervision, general engineering construction management, and IT infra operations and management.
He is currently standing as the Director for business development and sales of Marine-Power Industry Asia Pacific Corporation (an EPC and technical services provider company). Apart from his present engagement with MPI-APC. Mr. David has interests in the following industries: Power Generation (Sta. Clara Power Corporation); General Construction (24 Inch Gauge Construction Corporation as project director); International Money Remittance (One World Connect Inc. as business development consultant).
Henrick, a former employee of Meter King Incorporated, with MKI Group acquiring the Ibaan Electric & Engineering Corporation in 2010 – an electric distribution company based in Ibaan, Batangas, Henrick was assigned as its Administrative and Operations Manager then later became the first among all employees of King Energy Generation Incorporated who stands as the company’s Marketing Specialist and External Affairs Officer in 2011 who was involved in acquiring numbers of PSA in Mindanao EC’s during his time and played roles in the process of project implementation up to the power plant operations.
Rick joined Alternative Power Resources Holdings Incorporated in 2014 as the company’s Marketing & Business Development Specialist, Total Power Incorporated in 2016 as Business Development Manager where he led the negotiation and acquisition of PSAs in ECs across the Country. Currently, Henrick is with Marine-Power Industry Asia Pacific Corporation as Business Development & Sales Manager with combined business experience of more than 15 years in Electric Distribution and Power Industry.
